Product Delivery

Delivery times indicated on the online store at the time of the Order do not commence until the Order has been accepted by the Vendor. The estimated delivery times are provided when placing the Order. When placing an Order, the Customer must provide:

  • A delivery address
  • A preferred delivery method

The Customer is solely responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided and will bear the consequences thereof (e.g., invoicing of a new delivery, recovery of the Product by the Customer at the delivery location, etc.).

Once the contract has been definitively concluded online, the Vendor will deliver the Order to the specified delivery address using the chosen delivery method. If the Order includes both pre-ordered and available Products, the entire Order will be dispatched only when all Products are available. If the Customer wishes to receive available Products immediately, they must place separate orders.

The Vendor is responsible for delivery and directly communicates delivery updates to the Customer. If delivery reveals any package damage (e.g., torn or open packaging), the Customer must refuse delivery and make a claim in accordance with the conditions herein. The risks of loss or damage to the Products are transferred to the Customer upon receipt by them or by a third party designated by them at the delivery location.
