What tools do you use to create your products?

The best that nature and technology have to offer: our time, our brains, our hands, graphic design software, and AI tools. Yes, AI tools — we use them the same way a carpenter uses a power saw. It doesn’t make the house less real, and it doesn’t make the story less ours. We believe in transparency, and we believe the result speaks for itself.

What is Zero Cooldown?

Zero Cooldown is an independent creative studio focused on tabletop RPG content and dark fantasy storytelling. We write books, design game scenarios, and create the illustrations that bring those worlds to life. Small team, big impact — that’s the goal.

How do I receive my purchase?

All our products are digital downloads. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link — instantly, no waiting. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bitcoin via BTCPay. Yes, Bitcoin. Because why not.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, which is standard in the industry. That said, if something went wrong on our end — wrong file, corrupted download, technical issue — reach out and we’ll make it right. We’re humans, not a call center. Is Hubris at Fort-Graven really free?

Yes. It’s a Pay What You Want product — you set the price, including zero. We made it to get curious people into TTRPGs, not to lock it behind a paywall. If you enjoy it and want to support the project, a few dollars go a long way. If not, enjoy the game.

Do I need experience to run Hubris at Fort-Graven?

No. It’s designed from the ground up for people who have never played a tabletop RPG. If you can host a murder mystery dinner or play Mysterium, you can run this. Everything you need is in the package.
