Zero Cooldown Publishing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zero Cooldown is an independent publishing house based in Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec. We create tabletop RPGs (indie TTRPG) and dark fiction \u2014 in French and in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The belief behind it is simple: stories are how humans process reality. TTRPGs are one of the sharpest tools we have for that \u2014 collaborative, improvisational, alive. We build things that take that seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re not interested in safe. We’re interested in real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we’ve built so far<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Novdorod \u2014 The Fall.<\/strong> A dark fantasy novella. 76 pages. Written in 2018, published in 2025. French and English. The story of a guard captain who goes looking for the truth underneath a dying city \u2014 and finds something worse than he expected. Available now \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hubris at Fort-Graven.<\/strong> A complete TTRPG one-shot for 3\u20137 players. Done in 3 hours, no experience needed. Built to be the first game for people who’ve never played a TTRPG. Pay what you want \u2014 including nothing. Get it free \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
